What certificates can I track?

Free tracks Gas Safety (CP12). Starter adds EPC, EICR, smoke & CO alarm checks and Right to Rent, so you can reach 100% coverage. Pro and Portfolio add every remaining type, including Legionella, deposit protection, HMO licences, fire risk assessments and PAT.

What's the difference between Pro and Portfolio?

They have the same features. Pro covers up to 10 properties, Portfolio up to 30. Managing more than 30, or a letting agency? The Agent plan is built for that, just get in touch.

How do the reminders work?

PropCert sends you an email digest before your certificates expire. You can choose to be reminded at 90, 30, and 7 days before expiry, or set a weekly or monthly digest instead.

Can I store my actual certificate documents?

Yes, on Starter and above you can upload and store your PDF certificates securely. Access them anytime from any device.

What are maintenance reminders?

Reminders you set yourself for anything that isn't a formal certificate, smoke alarm battery checks, gutter clearing, boiler servicing, whatever you want to keep on top of. They can repeat monthly, quarterly, every 6 months or yearly. Available on Starter and above.

What is proof-of-service sharing?

You can send a tenant a secure link to a certificate, no account needed on their end, and PropCert keeps a dated record of when it was sent and viewed. That record is your evidence you provided it. Available on Pro and Portfolio.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly, and means one renewal a year instead of twelve.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data stays safe and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
